Trainees are not allowed to sign up for their own profiles. If they assist with work, it must be per guidelines noting their work in the report as required with their info. They are not to send in signed reports. Reports MUST be completed by the assigned appraiser. No supervisory signatures.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING IF APPROVED:  Only the appraisers whom have been approved by us and have their documents in the profile, may complete reports for Appraisals 2 U. We cannot guarantee orders will be received as it depends on the orders we receive in your area, and rotation requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining and keeping your profile and documents up to date, which can be accessed from the “View/Change Profile” tab once logged into our site.  Please be sure your coverage and fees are entered. **WE MUST HAVE CURRENT/VALID COPIES OF YOUR W-9, LICENSE, AND E&O UPLOADED AT ALL TIMES**

Once you receive your first order, updates can be provided by logging onto the website, clicking on the corresponding order number, and clicking the "Actions" tab in the top right. All functions can be found here. If you simply want to add a comment, this can be done by clicking "Add Comment" toward the bottom of the order.

Payment for services will be delivered by mail to you at the provided address from your W-9 within 2 weeks of the order being COMPLETED.

Per the appraiser independence guidelines issued under the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, Appraisals2U has been contracted to provide appraisal ordering and report delivery services for various lenders. Client/appraiser communications are facilitated through the website and these communications are regularly monitored for content and appropriateness. These communications should be directed towards typical items including report status check, problems with entry or request of additional materials including survey, purchase contracts, access information, etc. In instances where the website is not adequate then please contact the offices of Appraisals2U directly. Appraisal reports are to be delivered directly to Appraisals2U via the website, unless advised otherwise by your contact at Appraisals2U.

By acceptance of any appraisal assignment you represent you are qualified to perform the assignment and are currently certified to perform this appraisal assignment. You affirm that by choosing to accept the orders assigned by Appraisals2U to you/your company, you agree that the appraiser's fees for the order are reasonable and customary for the area where the subject property is located. You also represent that you are familiar with the relevant provisions of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and will perform this appraisal assignment in conformity with those requirements, as well as all applicable Federal and State regulations. Failure to proceed per these guidelines may result in removal of your firm from consideration of future assignments.
